Common questions
The practice call isn't reaching my phone
Check that the number you verified is correct (You tab → Phone number), that your plan has practice minutes remaining (or that your free intro call hasn't been used), and that you're in a supported region (US, Canada, UK, Australia). Calls arrive from a regular phone number — make sure Silence Unknown Callers isn't blocking it, or save Margot's number from your call history.
Managing or cancelling a subscription
Subscriptions are billed by Apple. To change or cancel: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Margot. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan keeps working until the end of the paid period. To restore a purchase on a new device, use Restore Purchases on the paywall or in the You tab.
Deleting my account and data
In the app: You tab → Delete Account. This permanently erases your messages, call transcripts, scorecards, drills, memories, and verified phone number. You can also email mitsi@uptrail.ai and we'll delete everything for you within 30 days. Details in the privacy policy.
Is Margot a real person?
No — Margot is an AI practice coach, and she'll always tell you so, including out loud at the start of every call. She's a safe place to rehearse, not a substitute for professional help or real-world advice.
If you're going through something serious
